Gina Group has been in business for over 35 years, and our diverse and dedicated team consists of over 110 employees; from fresh-faced college graduates, to those who have been in the business for their entire lives.

We are a group of professionals with varying talents and backgrounds, all committed to furthering Gina’s impact on the individual and the world.

DESIGN: Our design team is a group of people that exude creativity in every way. Our New York City office consists of 30 in-house designers and merchandisers, each dedicated to their area of expertise. These team members truly live and breathe their specialty, and have years of industry insight and market knowledge. They are led by design directors who gather regularly to discuss trends, forecast for upcoming seasons, and assess different ways to enhance consumer’s lives.

SOURCING AND PRODUCTION: When we need something done, it’s our production team that we call. Our sourcing and product development specialists are constantly in communication with overseas; we don’t rely on a third party to oversee something as important as sourcing and oversight of the manufacturing process. They monitor all of the different processes and elements that go into choosing the perfect materials for our products, creating them with care and precision, and ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of all orders.

SALES: Our dedicated sales team are the kind of people you want in your court. They constantly cultivate client relationships by making sure that they are offering the best product at the right price, with exceptional service. Gina’s sales team members understand that true success comes from understanding the needs of the retail shopper and they are genuinely invested in the success of each of our clients. They don’t shy away from sharing industry insights or trends, but give their expert opinion honestly with the client’s best interest in mind. The goal is to facilitate an experience for each customer that leaves them feeling informed, respected and supported, while also listening to their concerns and helping to troubleshoot any issues that they have.

QC: Our quality control team is type A in the best way. Their primary objective is to analyze and inspect all of our products from every angle, looking for even the smallest of flaws. They will quite literally turn things inside-out and upside-down to be sure that the product that ends up in the hands of the consumer is nothing short of perfect.

TECH: Our techies are the unsung heroes of the company, and they are always pushing the envelope when it comes to developing new technology. Our high-tech systems have streamlined our processes exponentially and have made us more efficient than ever. With these systems, we have created an unrivaled internal infrastructure that allows our operations to function seamlessly, while also providing essential analytics, sales tracking and reporting data. This in turn benefits our customers - allowing them to focus their time elsewhere - and ultimately provides the best product to the end consumer.
